Does this describe your Team?

We've all been there...
You have a team that should work—but instead, things are off.
-
Communication breaks down
-
Some people are over-functioning, while others are distant
-
The same issues resurface again and again
Even when people mean well, collaboration is a struggle.
Trust wears thin.
Momentum stalls.
Whether you're trying to run a business, a barn, or a boardroom,
you're left wondering if this team is even capable.
Why it's not just about skills—it's about connecting
Team dysfunction is rarely because people don't know what they're doing.
More often, it's because no one is synching.
That's where my Human-Herd design comes in...
I realized that horse herds hold the keys to collaboration and created a strategy based on the proven structure of a herd. Applying their principles of survival makes a team agile.
3 Herd Principles
Cohesion
Horses know there is strength in numbers
Synchronicity
A herd moves as one for speed & survival
Boundaries
Space to move ensures safety & trust for all
When people understand their role in the herd, something surprising happens...
-
Clarity increases
-
Communication improves
-
Trust develops
-
Productivity rises
-
Innovation thrives
-
Problem-solving get easier
-
Morale goes up
-
Momentum returns

You may be wondering...
"We don't have time to do team-building workshops"
I get it. Time is tight—especially when a team isn't functioning well.
But consider how much time is lost when your team can't communicate or collaborate. Or consider how much time it costs to re-train new employees when team members get frustrated enough to leave.
"We already tried employee trainings before"
Even though I studied corporate strategies, management, and team collaboration, this is NOT that! My approach is the opposite of any generic corporate trend—it's relatable, liberating, & FUN. (Have I mentioned that we learn about horses? But don’t worry, boss, no actual horses are required)
I found it's easier to unlock a team through the mirror of a herd.
"What if my team is not worth saving?"
You're not alone in that concern. Many leaders think their team may be too difficult. Luckily, that is where my experience comes in. I have been in the trenches more than once. If horses can be rehabilitated and retrained, people can be too. Everyone deserves a chance—and trying can result in more resiliency.
If things still won't jive, then I have tools to help you rebuild!
