Balanced herd structure

Why does this matter?

Because when we understand the motivation behind a behavior, we can find the best application for it - rather than suppress it. There is a time and a place for all of these skills, but only when applied appropriately.

Each of these roles play a vital part in the dynamic of a balanced herd. They are dependent on each other to take charge when the herd needs their unique skill. By dividing the responsibilities, they take turns leading and then following. No one is more important than anyone else; everyone belongs and fulfills a specific need.

Understanding your role within a herd allows you to contribute in a way that leans on your strengths and gives you joy and purpose.
