The Prevailer

The Prevailer is the sensible and wise herd member who brings perspective to the group. Prevailers are determined and purposeful in everything they do. They are realistic about the world around them and unflappable when faced with challenges - they get things done! Since prevaliers rely on their wisdom and experience, they may not spend time worrying about the opinions or feelings of others in the herd. However, the herd will trust their natural leadership and follow them even when they're worn out. Without prevailers the herd would lack the necessary foresight and resolve that it takes to stay on course. If you are a prevailer in your herd, you are likely thought of as resourceful and savvy, especially when times are tough.
